-There is a leap second during 2017/1/1 8:59:59 and 9:00:00.

Customer Background
-The OS synchronizes with NTP server at the time（slew mode）.
-The OS does not insert a leap second.
-The NTP server inserts 8:59:60.

WebAlarm read time in OS time. Any change in the OS time will only affect the recorded time in log. The main functionality of WebAlarm will not be effected when there is change in OS time.
