[ARWare]: What is the different between "Any User Name" and "System/Local Services" on "Trusted List" menu?

Question: What is the different between "Any User Name" and "System/Local Services" on "Trusted List" menu as shown in the image below?

Answer: 

"Any User Name" - the white listed program can be running under any username. 

"System/Local Services"  - the white listed program can only be running under SYSTEM or LOCALSERVICE.
