Does WebALARM Agent (Linux) operation impacted by changing "wa.services" file attribute?

Environment:
OS : RHEL v7.3
WAA version: v4.3.4

Question:
Does WebALARM Agent (Linux) operation impacted by changing "wa.services" file attribute?

For example, changing wa.services default attribute from 777 to 644

Answer: NO
The following scenario tested successfully after changing the file attribute from 777 to 644. 
1. Restart WA service. - OK. WAA related logs were still injected in /var/log/messages
2. Perform simple tampering. - OK. WAA related logs were still injected in /var/log/messages

Action: 
Maintenance Support to modify WebALARM installation script by defaulting related services file attribute to 644 in the next release.
