1. Copy the new wa.p12 license file to /usr/local/wa4/

6. Start the ‘System Service IV’ service if it is available, otherwise, start the ‘WebALARM Server’ service.
7. WebALARM Agent will use the new license file

3. Type ‘/sbin/initctl start uma’ to start the Update Management Agent with the new license

6. Start the ‘System Service XIII’ service if it is available, otherwise, start the ‘Update Management Agent’ service.
7. Update Management Agent will use the new license file
1. Exit WebALARM Enterprise Console
2. Copy the new wac.p12, umc.p12 license files and wa.lic files to C:\Program Files\e-Lock Corporation\WebALARM Enterprise Console\Tomcat\webapps\webalarm_license

2. Check that WebAlarm Agent has stopped running by 'ps -ef | grep wa'
3. Backup the following folders and files
a. /usr/local/wa4/wa.bak
b. /usr/local/wa4/wa.db

d. /usr/local/wa4/wa.cfg
4. Install WebALARM Agent on new machine.
5. Type ‘/sbin/initctl stop wa’
6. Copy the files and folders from Step (3) to /usr/local/wa4/
7. Type ‘/sbin/initctl start wa’ to start WebALARM Agent

d. C:\Program Files\e-Lock Corporation\WebAlarm Agent\Settings\AgentPref.xml
e. C:\Program Files\e-Lock Corporation\WebAlarm Agent\Settings\Client_List.xml
5. Install WebALARM Agent on new machine.
6. After installation is complete, go to ‘Services’ in the Administrative Tools
7. First stop the ‘System Service IV’ service if it is available
8. Next stop the ‘WebALARM Server’ service.
9. Copy the folders and files from #4 into C:\Program Files\e-Lock Corporation\WebAlarm Agent
10. Go back to ‘Services’ in the Administrative Tools
11. Start the ‘System Service IV’ service if it is available, otherwise, start the ‘WebALARM Server’ service.

2. Check that Update Management Agent has stopped running by 'ps -ef | grep uma'
3. Backup the following folders and files

5. Install Update Management Agent on new machine.
6. After installation is complete, go to ‘Services’ in the Administrative Tools

8. Next stop the ‘Update Management Agent’ service.
9. Copy the folders and files from #4 into C:\Program Files\e-Lock Corporation\Update Management Agent

2. Click on ‘Create New’ to backup WEC, and download the WEC backup file in local folder.

3. Restore the following folders and files from backup
- C:\Program Files (x86)\e-Lock Corporation\WebAlarm Agent\Settings\Db\
- C:\Program Files (x86)\e-Lock Corporation\WebAlarm Agent\Settings\Backup\
- C:\Program Files (x86)\e-Lock Corporation\WebAlarm Agent\Settings\AgentPref.xml
- C:\Program Files (x86)\e-Lock Corporation\WebAlarm Agent\Settings\Client_List.xml
4. Start the Service 'System Service IV' again
1. Stop the Agent process by ‘kill -15 <wa pid>’
2. Restore the following directories and files from backup
- /usr/local/wa4/wa.db/
- /usr/local/wa4/wa.bak/
- /usr/local/wa4/wa.cfg
3. Stop the Agent process by ‘kill -15 <wa pid>’ again if it is auto-restarted. Otherwise, start the WebAlarm Agent process again
1. Stop the Service 'System Service XIII'
2. Stop the Service Update Management Agent'
3. Restore the following folders and files from backup
- C:\Program Files (x86)\e-Lock Corporation\Update Management Agent\Waa\
- C:\Program Files (x86)\e-Lock Corporation\Update Management Agent\UmaSetting.xml
4. Start the Service 'System Service XIII' again
1. Stop the Agent process by ‘kill -15 <uma pid>’
2. Backup the following directories and files
- /usr/local/uma4/uma.db/
- /usr/local/uma4/uma.cfg
3. Stop the Agent process by ‘kill -15 <uma pid>’ again if it is auto-restarted. Otherwise, start the Update Management Agent process again
1. In WEC, click on ‘Settings’ under Administration tab.
2. Click on ‘Restore WEC’, and upload previously saved WEC backup file.
3. Click ‘Save’ to save the uploaded WEC backup file.

3. Once WebALARM Agent has stopped, type ‘rm –f /etc/init/wa.conf’

2. Check that WebAlarm Agent has stopped running by 'ps -ef | grep wa'
3. Once WebALARM Agent has stopped, type ‘rm –f /etc/systemd/system/wa.service’
4. Install new WebALARM Agent into '/usr/local/wa4/' path
1. Go to ‘Start’ => ‘All Programs’ => ‘e-Lock Corporation’ => ‘WebALARM Agent’
2. Choose ‘Uninstall WebALARM Agent’
3. Then install new WebALARM Agent into C:\Program Files\e-Lock Corporation\WebAlarm Agent' path
4. At the end of the installation, choose ‘No’ to keep existing WebALARM Agent Settings
1. Type ‘/sbin/initctl stop uma’
2. Check that Update Management Agent has stopped running by 'ps -ef | grep uma'
3. Once Update Management Agent has stopped, type ‘rm –f /etc/init/uma.conf’
4. Install new Update Management Agent into '/usr/local/uma4/' path
1. Type ‘systemctl stop uma’
2. Check that Update Management Agent has stopped running by 'ps -ef | grep uma'
3. Once Update Management Agent has stopped, type ‘rm –f /etc/systemd/system/uma.service'
4. Install new WebALARM Agent into '/usr/local/uma4/' path
1. Go to ‘Start’ => ‘All Programs’ => ‘e-Lock Corporation’ => ‘Update Management Agent’
2. Choose ‘Uninstall Update Management Agent’
3. Then install new WebALARM Agent into C:\Program Files\e-Lock Corporation\Update Management Agent' path
4. At the end of the installation, choose ‘No’ to keep existing Update Management Agent Settings
1. Exit WebALARM Console
2. Run the installation of new WebALARM Enterprise Console
3. At the following step, please answer [y] in order the import the existing settings from WebALARM Console / Update Management Console.
4. Once the installation of WebALARM Enterprise Console is complete, you can safely uninstall WebALARM Console and Update Management Console
1. Type ‘/sbin/initctl stop wa’
2. Check that WebAlarm Agent has stopped running by 'ps -ef | grep wa'
3. Once WebALARM Agent has stopped, type ‘rm –f /etc/init/wa.conf’
4. To keep existing WebALARM Agent settings, proceed to Step (5). To fully remove the existing WebALARM Agent, just remove the WebALARM Agent directory by typing 'rm -fr /usr/local/wa4/'
5. To upgrade the WebALARM Agent, just run the normal WebALARM Agent installation.
