Possible Cause:
1. The Linux server where the WebALARM Agent (WAA) is installed were unable to communicate with your SMTP Server.
Action: Your system/server admin to double check the connection. They may "ping" or to the SMTP Server (ip address as per your previous screenshot) from the Linux server where the WAA is installed. They also can telnet to the SMTP Server to check the connection. If the SMTP is unreachable then perhaps your system/server admin has to perform something in the Linux server or SMTP server to make sure it can communicate successfully, in order for our Application to be able to send the email successfully.
2. The value that sets under the SMTP settings might be incorrect including "Server's Email" & "SMTP Server"
Action: Double check the settings and modify accordingly should the current input is incorrect.
