WAA Error Message: SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL

Customer Environment:
1) OS for WebALARM Agent (WAA): Linux RHEL6.5
2) WebALARM (WA) version: v4.3.X

Error message:
123143ErrorN/Auma cmd tcp: 172.20.154.42:54356 error receiving packet.(SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL).

Error Description:
WAA had got disconnected from UMA while reading a packet that sent from the UMA.

Impact:
When the error occurs, WAA might lose the packet sent from UMA because of the broken connection. UMA will log an update failure and user will know the failure and then can republish it.

Resolution:
Republish WAA data in UMA. For example, connect to UMA via UMC and right-click UMA monitoring agent and select "Start Publish Data"
