WebAlarm not recover files
What should I check first?
Please check first if monitored database setting is recovery as below.
If not "recovery" then you can click and change, so please try.
In case of setting is recovery but not recovered...
Then please collect below information and contact to us support, for investigation:
- OS information (version and etc)
- WA version information
- File name and path which not recovered.
- Log file
To get log file in WAC, go to Log > select db > save log as below
