Error message: Error receiving packet

Description:

- This error is logged if WAA failed to receive a packet from WebALARM Agent Console (WAC).

- This error is logged if WAA failed to receive a packet from Update Management Agent (UMA).

Questions and Answers:

1. By what kind of operation does it occur?

    A broken connection between WAA-WAC or WAA-UMA.

2. At what kind of state does it occur?

    Whenever, WAA is receiving a packet from WAC or UMA.

    e.g. When WAA is receiving a Get Status packet from WAC.

    e.g. When WAA is receiving a UMA Update packet from UMA.
