Description: WAA failed to start a command connection thread.

Questions and Answers:

1. By what kind of operation does it occur?

    When WAA failed to allocate memory for the command connection thread (running out of memory).

2. At what kind of state does it occur?

   When WAA detected that Update Management Agent (UMA) attempt to establish a connection with WAA, WAA will start two threads, namely, the data connection thread and the command connection thread.
