What is the current specification for WebALARM email alert encoding?

What is the current specification for WebALARM email alert encoding?
Answer:
When WAA database is created with a Japanese name via WebALARM Console (WAC) on Windows Japanese version, it will be encoded with "Shift-JIS" format.
When file is created with Japanese name on Linux server, it will be encoded with "UTF-8" format.
When tampering detected, WAA will create the email alert and get the encoded database name and file name above as part of the body content.
Note: For English name or wordings found in the email alert contents, it's encoded in "ASCII"
