[ARWare]: ARWare Console failed to display device IP address

Product Version: ARWare V3

Product Component: ARWare Console

Issue: ARWare Console failed to display device IP address even though affected device is monitored actively. Refer to image below where the IP populated as 0.0.0.0

Root cause: This is a known issue usually on laptop where users having a VPN client installed in their machine. 

Action: This is currently under the Maintenance Support Team backlog for fixing.
