Customer's Environment:
1) OS for WebALARM Agent (WAA): Windows Server 2012
2) WebALARM (WA) version: v4.2.4 

Questions and Answers:
1. When transferring a file from Update Management Agent (UMA) to WAA, the WAA database file or "_int.xml" is rebuilt. At this time, does the size of the int.xml file shrinks, when files in WAA isn't deleted during the transferring process?
Answer: No

2. When there is no file(s) being transferred from UMA to WAA does the file size of int.xml shrinks?
Answer: No

3. When customer deletes file(s) in UMA that mapped to WAA database, mapped file(s) in the WAA will be deleted. In this case, does the file size of int.xml shrinks?
Answer: Yes

4. When files are transferred from UMA to WAA, does the file size of int.xml become temporarily shrinks until the transferring process has completed?
Answer: No

More Information:
The size of _int.xml grows (or shrinks) in according to the number of monitored files and folders (and not the file size). Which means that if the content of the monitored folder in WAA is sent by UMA, it will grow every time UMA sends a file update to WAA and shrinks when a file was deleted in UMA
