Question: What is the trigger for the email alert to administrator?
Answer: There are 3 triggers available:
1   (For ERROR Alert Email) The number of entries detected by RtWatcher thread after the last-rtevent timeout.
2   (For ERROR Alert Email) The number of entries detected by Watcher at the end of a poll.
3   (For RECOVERY Alert Email) The number of entries recovered by Patcher at the end of a scan.
